Shipping policy

NUSET Lock is open for business during our normal hours and is shipping product to clients.

NUSET Lock is closely monitoring the recent COVID-19 developments and has a plan in place to respond to prospect and client needs as quickly as possible, and to move product out the door without disruption.

We are taking precautions to prevent the spread by implementing alternative work arrangements and processes for our employees where possible.

One process change that we have put in place is to pause conducting on-site or face-to-face meetings with clients for at least the next 2 weeks (through 3/27/2020 as of now). However, our solutions staff is still available via phone, email, video conferencing, etc., - and our website (www.nusetlock.com) is always available for inquiries and eCommerce.

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and zone.  Incorrect shipping address or address change request made after the order is shipped subject to an UPS Address Correction Fee of $12.35/case.

Free Shipping Offer:
For a limited time, orders of $550.00 or more qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States.  Split orders are welcome.
Oversea shipments (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) do not qualify for our free shipping offer.

Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from NusetLock.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Nusetlock.com reserves our rights to modify/update the actual shipping cost for each order.



UPS International:  Your country's Customs may require recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee may also be accessed to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Customs on importer's behalf.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You can contact UPS ahead of time to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
